This is an experience report on actions aimed at the psychological follow-up of employees of a hospital service, in the city of Fortaleza, as part of the Projeto Cuidando de Quem Cuida. Thus, in order to develop actions and partnerships to preserve the mental and social aspects of its workers, the specific instrument for identifying Burnout Syndrome, the Jbeilli questionnaire, was applied. The questionnaires were distributed to all employees by the psychology service, from October to December 2021. This experience had the following results: the need to insert a professional in the field of psychology who would develop therapeutic care from an organizational perspective and expansion of partnerships with educational institutions for the elaboration and application of new organizational strategies.
